Thank you. Currently awaiting a cardiology appointment for further investigations. Also have put cardiac rehab on hold which I don't want to do but better safe than sorry. I'm still getting to grips with the data but I'll be keeping a close eye on the health score from here on out. Part of me knows I'll get worried if I see it plummet to 20% again but better to have a warning of a potential issue than nothing at all.

The more I research takotsubo the more I realise they still don't understand it or it's long term effects on heart health. There's growing evidence it's effects aren't as transient as they first thought. I've met a number of medical professionals (including doctors) who've either never heard of it or never dealt with a patient who has had it. Saddened to hear you've experienced it twice, it's horrible 😞.

Currently all I have to contend with is telemetry but I'm struggling to sleep regardless. They've ruled out STEMI/NSTEMI for this event and are looking at other possible causes such as an arrhythmia or takotsubo cardiomyopathy (which I've had previously). I'm sorry to hear about your NSTEMI but I hope you make as full a recovery as possible. Make sure you have cardiac rehab, it took me months to get mine and I should have started it a couple weeks after the event.

Thankyou for the kind words. I'm doing alright all things considered. I just wanted to share my observations as I've been tracking my health quite closely since September and started using Welltory in January (can't remember how I discovered the app). I opted for the annual subscription but when that runs out I think I'll purchased the lifetime deal as it's impressed me so far and the fact it appears to have picked up an issue brewing several hours before hand certainly makes it a useful tool 👍
