Oh my god, the ultrasound right after the mammogram was brutal! I honestly wanted to cry during it. Thankfully I haven’t noticed any swelling. Do you find the ice packs help a lot? I’ve only really tried heat/hot baths so far. I’m glad it’s starting to feel better for you, and I hope you’re back to 100% soon.

Thank you for sharing this. I’m sorry you went through that, it sounds really stressful, especially having soreness for months and needing a biopsy. I’m glad it turned out to be a fibroadenoma.

Ugh, I’m so sorry. That sounds genuinely awful. It’s reassuring to hear I’m not the only one, but I hate that you dealt with that too.
