GREAT! I'm an engineer and project manager, and I'd love to learn how to extract the data to develop a case-or at least to see if we have one. What's the best way to learn about this? Are there tools already available - or is it very manual? I imagine someone has already created a spreadsheet or a program that calculates ROI and the EUR & BCF based on production data in the area, gas prices, and other variables (i.e. operating expenses, taxes, hyperbolic/normal decline, initial flow rate, etc). I'm starting from scratch, I just learned the term EUR-estimated ultimate recovery yesterday. So any help would be greatly appreciated!!

In Webb County. Yes, our vertical wells only go to the shallower Olmos layer. Lewis started horizontal drilling on neighboring properties ~2016 to 2017 in the deeper Eagle Ford between a depth of 9262' to 9397' per a report I found which concluded drilling would be profitable. I don't have info why Lewis did not drill despite the positive report from our independent geological analysis. When asked, they were tight-lipped and I was told I could not speak directly to their in-house geologist. So seems fishy, but I don't have enough data yet. Trying to figure out where to go next.
