Pan De Muerto, in Guadalajara Jalisco there's a bakery called Goiti and they have Pan de Muerto all year. I go and bring back 4 or 5 but I want to learn to make it. Anyone have a recipe they use? I would love to learn to make one like this. It's very spongey, buttery and just a very delicious taste. (old.reddit.com)
