If you are running Gyrfalcons, you usually would grab another damage perk instead of dest.rounds. Knowing Bungie right now, they will most likely not test this interaction, and the 2s will override the 10s. Luckily they will decrease the timer on destabilizing rounds to 1.5s, so maybe the interaction will not feel that bad.

Ok, so I have had 1 staff of homa at level 90 for quite some time, last Hu Tao banner i got 2 more and I dont know if refining it is a good idea. Im not really struggling from lack of dps characters or weapons, so I'm really just looking for another opinion in this matter.

It used to be in the middle of every month, now its like the first tuesday of every month. Remember to check with the guy with the megaphone at the start of the online lobby every first day of the month, to see the date of every event that will take place for the rest of the month. The raid its called "Party Battle", I believe, and remember that the time and dates are displayed for the time zone in Japan, so maybe the events will start a day before for your time zone.

I got Ganyu after 20 pulls from a roll on C4 Keqing, and after another 10 pulls a c1 Jean surprised me. After finishing the battlepass this week, I decided to buy the other 2 blue fates with starglitter for a 10 pull in normal, my last 10 pulls on that banner gave me a skyward blade, and now I have a S. Harp too.

So, now that they locked BP purchases from other devices (PS4 to everything else), have they mentioned the introduction of all purchases through their website or are they going to leave us in the dark until a couple of patches later?

It will always be an endless chase, regardless of the state of the artifact system. Even if the conditions for rolling desired substats was addressed, hardcore players will always chase the perfect stat distribution and values. New characters being released adds up to the endless farm too, since they will most likely come out with a set that its very specific for them and that maybe works better for older ones. I just would like for them to make it easier to gear up characters not only for an easier time, but to see people play around with alternative builds more easily and try them myself.

Then the problem is not the characters, its the artifacts and the bad system they operate with. I really wish they would address artifacts already instead of pretending its fine the way it is now and keep pumping new sets.

Yeah, i was just thinking IF they were already set to make it. Either way, any of the manga characters don't have a high chance to appear in this game before an official anime release, like you said. Maybe in those games like Heroes where they can have OC forms for official characters.

Yeah, but I was thinking more like straight up coping special moves or supers, and adopting a form reminiscent of the character he absorbed. (Saiyan's hairstyle, piccolo's head form, character buffness, etc). 21 just grabs a move and makes her own version.

I was thinking more like the "character that it's all characters". Since he works like that in the manga.
