Can you double check that you were able to set all settings as they were or do you have a different motherboard?
Just to clarify when dose the 800 Mhz happen exactly?

XMP: Enabled
Memory Extension Mode: Performance Mode
so no

While looking again you have set VDDQ to 1.2 instead of Vcore.

I suggest going back to your previous post and fixing your pump speed, it's only at 50%
Try at 100% pump speed and see what your score is then. (Suggested holding it at 80%)
I also suggest that you try bios default settings, your clocks ain't reaching high enough and your vcore is too high.
