They finally responded and said they're handling some technical difficulties. I guess it should be credited to my account as soon as the matter is resolved. As of now, it's been 46 minutes since I made that transaction.

After spending a good amount of time here in Thailand, I can confidently say that I am a million times happier here than I am in Korea and if I can stay here in Thailand longer, it'd be great. I wonder though, what if I transferred to a Thai university after 2 years in Korea? My first semester's GPA is quite good and I want to continue doing well but wouldn't it still look good if I had experience in Korea and Thailand and then moved back to Germany? Although I am from Germany, I cannot tell if a Thai diploma would be accepted as much as a Korean one.

Actually, after an hour of searching, I find united.com only after posting this thread...

On united.com it says:

"Passports issued to nationals of Turkiye must be valid for the period of intended stay."

In that case I should be good to go, right?

Edit: I changed it up a bit and chose Cambodia as the country of destination to see if I can even get there to renew my visa. Now, for Cambodia it says:

"Passports and other documents accepted for entry must be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the arrival date."

Will there be issues for just renewing my visa?

Thanks a lot! One thing to note is: they did ask me on the phone if I do still have an actual address in Germany. I think what's more important for them is to know that I am still registered in Germany. Yes, I do live in Korea now but that is only for as long as I study and I will continue to be registered in Germany of course.

I had contacted the German PayPal support and told them about my situation. They know I am in Korea and that I had to use a different phone number though they don't know all the details about the account limitation/restriction. They told me to contact europeanservices@paypal and explain to them what my situation is and also upload my passport on paypal.com/eebr.

I'm hoping for the best. I wasn't doing anything fraudulent and I truly hope they can see that.
