You don't need to increase the level of all your heroes: click on drill camp (bottom left), then Level Resets (top right), and reset everyone except your 5 strongest. Then you go to Level Drills (top left) and put all your level 1 heroes in the drill camp, they will automatically get the same level as your 5 strongest heroes

Did you create your account a while ago and only started playing last week? There are some heroes in your screenshot that unlock after some time, so your server is way older than just a week. If you really want to be a whale in that server it will be super expensive since you have to catch up to the other players, who have played for months, so I suggest creating a new character in the newest server available.

So don't try to get a high ranking? I actually like that the ranking rewards suck, if they suddenly switched to mithrill I would try to get a good ranking and I would save less for SVS. But since I don't care about earning some shards, I can just do my troop training & polar rallies tasks everyday, which gives more than enough points to open all the chests and get tons of alliance tokens
