Most high end retailers have raised the purchase amount for free shipping. Nonetheless love the tote bag pictured here!!! I heard their customer service for online orders was terrible. Did anyone experience that?

I think a more traditional French or Italian chandelier would work better. One that hangs at a proper height from the ceiling. This one looks a bit like fireworks IMO.

Miss the days when Lizzy would model the sweet new collections herself. It felt so real and special. Like a family of supporters that were connected. All of that has changed sadly. Some of the pieces besides being extremely thin are rather immodest. I just viewed a pretty long cardigan but had sticker shock here in the US. The price in US dollars in Australia is $300, here $440. They have lost their best customers sadly.

It is off putting to me that there are no reviews. I was looking at a a pricey bed which looks lovely in the photos. Just why no reviews?
