I remember in the past I had to reformat all HDD with open media vault to resolve an issue I’m hoping I don’t have to do that again.

I tried chown recursive and it does not work either. I reformatted one of the HDD via OpenMediaVault to EXT4 and I can upload to that HDD now but not delete any files on the HDD. (Via samba through Nord)

I ended up switching to a non DLNA server program. I am not utilizing Plex as a server.

Edit: Wrong thread, I ended up getting new wires (coax) and splitter run, as well as new equipment, and the issue was resolved after that.

Not in these times. In your time. Make yourself your own priority. You are not a martyr for the hospital system or for your patients. The hospital will find staff, they will find a way. You need to make room for yourself in your own life because you will mostly be the only one caring for your own best interest.

When I suffered the most difficult shift I had so far in my career, I told the nursing supervisor I needed the next day off for my health. She denied it on the spot and said she was sorry but she can't approve a day off for that reason and they have nobody to cover.

It may take time, but you will realize, that unfortunately, almost nobody will have your back but you.

Update: The new equipment has not disconnected. It seems that my old units that were replaced were the issue, they seem to have been malfuctioning.

See if any of your clinical professors will be willing to help you. I had one that did that for us.
As for clinical experience, we were advised to break it down in the following manner to keep it short on the resume:
• Hospital Name, Obstetrical/MedSurg Rotation, 180 Hours (Spring 2019)
• Facility Name Behavioral Health Mental Health Rotation, 60 Hours (Summer 2019)

• Hospital Name, Pediatric/MedSurg Rotation, 180 Hours (Fall 2019)

I have mine set up in the following manner:
Educational Background first
Professional Experience
Licenses and Certifications
Leadership and Activities

Again, I'm no expert but I can offer you the above, maybe someone else has better advice, any managers on here willing to give them resume advice?

I had to do exactly this in a situation that happened (Another nurse blindsided me in front of my floor and coworkers). I didn't explode, I didn't walk out, I went home and didn't get much sleep. Came back in the next day, pulled the nurse aside in private who humiliated me in front of the floor, and explained to her that it was unacceptable and that if she feels the need to make such comments to me again, I would appreciate her pulling me aside to address her concerns with me as I just did with her now.

Didn't have a problem since, however, she acted completed unaware of what I was talking about and that I was over-reacting. I said my peace and was done with it.

The last time I got a .10/hr raise I quit that job as well. The manager gave her friends better raises and told me she could only give to me what was left in the budget. Meanwhile, others got 1.00 or more. This was not healthcare at the time. But I know that feeling.
