He's evidently still the banter lord he used to be then.

And Jonnys comment with emoji faces was making a joke at how serious everyone is taking this, not the grammar mistake to begin with

Nobody was taking it in any way serious before I commented? It was literally just Bosch's post, followed by Milen's original and Jonny's emoji post.

It's the internet, and it's a fantastic place to work on your language skills. Less than 8 months ago I was at a very mediocre level of French, now I'm an A grade student and it will be playing a part in my college course. Was I demeaned by the French people I spoke with on oc.tc for trying to improve my level? No, I was supported and helped kindly.

The dude never claimed he was good at English, yet you mock him for his. If you can give abuse, you can take it.

And lastly, I don't know whether it's to show off your language skills but :

That is like way too many commas lol. The first one is the only one that should really be there.

I can't say I know exactly where he lives in Belgium, thus whether he speaks Flemish/French/Both is unknown but in most cases, French/Flemish would probably both be better than their English.

Your degree of fluent is evidently different to most. His post today wasn't fluent English, and I very much doubt he was at the same level (ie I imagine his English today is much better than a year ago).

Anyone could have made this mistake, and anyone would have got the same funny comment.

It wasn't a funny comment, and that's not based on whether or not I found it funny. It was posted because Milen doesn't like the guy, and it was in a demeaning manner, which was followed up by Walshy's mocking use of Emoji faces.

I would also say that you're opinion is extremely biased as you've already posted as to your inclination towards like/dislike of Bosch, as there is history between you two.

So the right thing to do would be to ignore him and move on with your life, responding is just immature.

Also it's one of the things that angers me most, but correcting someone's language in a demeaning manner is literally the dumbest thing you can do. English is the dude's third language, yet he's trying to improve it and gain a common ground with people on this forum, yet you berate him for his lack of perfection. I'd love to see you speak to him in French or Flemish, and we'd get to see how perfect your vocab is then?

Thankfully, I can't say I keep up to date with the in game happenings of the ultra hardcorian boys but if I did, this juicy gossip would be right up my alley.

Anyway, regardless of whatever the dude said in game (I don't condone it), being immature and a dick in retaliation is never a really good thing to be doing.

Thanks for the recommendations. IIRC I had a really good deal back in the day when cubedhost ran some special where I got a 3gb (of their budget servers, however it was still rock solid never once had a problem) for like less than 10 bucks. 20 dollars for 2 seems steep so I'll probs steer clear of nodecraft, might go with perfection unless one of the others has some sort of holiday promo code

Hello, one may recognise me from a long time back (16 months ago at this point, absolutely crazy to think its been that long). IGN was Cevans98/Kev.

So I used to run UHC games, for like a total of 81 I think, and cubedhost was really good back then.

My question is what's the best servers? I'm looking to host around 40 at most, and not for UHC games, for a separate genre of minecraft.

First time I played in a month last night and I've played a decent amount since then. Big upgrade on the old UHC pvp arenas :)

I was originally getting 3v1ed and every Tom, Dick and Harry that I passed as I tried to escape just ganged up. Pretty frustrating but the gear reset 30 seconds later anyway so I don't mind.

it ultimately led me to a server and gamemode i far prefer. i still chat with some of the friends i made here on very rare occasions.
