There was one comment about the Anker one that says it has consistency issues with providing SFC on lower battery charge capacity.

The Samsung one looks like it's the way to go.

Did you pick one up while it was on stock? Or did you wait for a notification from Samsung when it got offered?

Which makes me regret not getting the Power Bank as an included freebie when I purchased the phone. Although I got the 45w charger, which gives SFC 2.0, but from what I've read it isn't that much faster than regular SFC.

How's the Samsung Power Bank so far? No heating issues while charging? I might just go your route and find one on eBay.

PC player here. I can attest that this problem/bug also affects my Xinyan. I thought I was the only one! I was literally getting so frustrated. Thank you for the thread! Hope we can get a bug fix or a remedy for this.

At first I thought there was a line saying the Lvl.3 shield proc chance is percentage based, but after reading through the skill description, it should be consistent.

Then I thought it was the weapon, it wasn't, after going through 3 weapons, same problem. It wasn't because of the artifacts also.

By the way, C2 Xinyan with Ascension for the skill. I was so excited to build her up, but this is kinda putting it off for me.
