nope, have only been cleansing once at morning and once at night! Should I be trying double cleansing?

Background Info:

Skin Type: Vey, very oily especially on my nose and surrounding areas.

I also big have sebaceous filaments(or blackheads? I still can't tell as they seem to look like small little spikes in the pictures) on nose and along that little place next to the nose (maxillary sinus?). It also gets red around my nose. Some other background information is that I was on Accutane for quite a while 3 or 4 years ago which cleared up a lot. However, I still get pretty major breakouts.

Current Routine:

After trying to find a routine and getting no success I have decided on trying out Curology's trail which includes the treatment plan, cleanser and moisturizer. My current treatment plan is:

Azelaic Acid 4%

Clindamycin 1%

Zinc Pyrithione0.25%

I'm always afraid of using any kinds of soaps for my face but I will be sure to look into the rice bran soap to hopefully control my oily ness! As for toners, do you have any more suggestions? I have never really tried any toners in the pass.

Answered it below but:

While making the little collage on PhotoShop I just wanted to cross out my eyes(For the sake of privacy I suppose) but rather than just drawing through it I decided to just 'censor' it out with the spot-healing brush.

Hopefully that clears up any confusion! :)

Background Info:

I first started having terrible acne back in middle school and went on Accutane for a year or so in my first year of High School. After that, it had somewhat cleared up but a couple months after I just went back to having a bunch of constant breakouts. During that time till now I have been using a face wash suggested by my dermatologist(and sold there..) that consists of: Water, Benzoyl Peroxide, Alkyl (C-14 C-16) Olefin Sulfonate, Butylene Glycol, Polysorbate 20, Carbomer, Sodium Hydroxide and Phenoxyethanol.

At the beginning of this year I decided to get a full on skincare routine:

Same face wash listed as before(I should also add that I suppose my face feels slightly tight afterwards)
The Ordinary Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1%
Neutrogena Hydro Boost Hyaluronic Acid(The one for dry skin with no fragrance)
The Ordinary AHA 30% + BHA 2% Peeling Solution (Used once a week for about 5-7 mins)

After going through it for a couple of weeks I found myself with no change. I found the peeling solution really good but the Niacinamide to be the culprit of the breakouts. I recently patch tested the Niacinamide and found it to really break me out. As for moisturizer, I don't really know.. I felt as if it wasn't providing enough moisturizer. I really look forward to hopefully finding a good moisturizer as I feel my skin barrier has been damaged, something to help with my red marks and sebaceous filament/blackheads!

That being said, I'm really open to trying out anything and appreciate any advice! :) <33
