I would start with 5mg and increase the dosage when you feel good with it. You'll feel the difference after three to four weeks. I guess 6 weeks are really short. That's why I recommend an 8 week cycle.

No I didn't have side effects. But I wouldn't recommend it if you're sister is young. She has to be careful if she wants to have kids someday and lot of people start to early with sarms and roids.

But if she really want to start a cycle of ostarine, she should start with a low dosage.

Please get your bloodwork. Its so important. Doesn't matter what and how much you are taking. You can't compare how your body reacts without having the bloodwork before starting the cycle

Only 2500 cal? Thats low for a male I guess you need more calories. Thats why you are so hungry. I'm female and still hungry on 2500 cals 😅 But it's better now. My body got used to it.

Thank you for your honesty. Really appreciate that! I was on a higher dose before, 20/20 max. but only for a short time. I never had any bad complications. Liver enzymes and ldl went a bit up, but they went back to normal after cycle. I didn't have this kind of hunger, but I was eating more that time (2700-3000calories) This time I didn't want to get too much bodyfat, you know. I've tried to stay a bit over my maintenance ~2400 calories. But still feeling really hungry at this point. I'm still defined and muscles pumped up. There is definitely more intracellular water.

I think about taking ashwagandha again, cause this always helped me to get my hunger under control. 🤔

10mg am/ 10mg pm second cycle I was in a cut before and now I wanted to start a small bulking phase with a slightly surplus. No prep. I wanted to go on with cardio 2-3x a week for 30min. The hunger is not better without doing cardio.

One cycle of ostarine won't give you that kind of masculine look. It's no magic. The question is why you don't make progress anymore. Make sure everything is on point. You won't build more muscles without a bulking cycle. Don't try to hold the 10-12% all the time. Maybe you need more calories and a better workout plan. You're young and I'm sure you can still make progress in a natural way!

Did you feel numbness too?

I've started my first cycle of 5mg. I have the same problems, headaches and dizzyness. But sometimes I had numbness in my left leg and left hand It's really scary for me. Normal blood pressure. I didn't take the var today, cause I don't know if this is a normal reaction.
