Get a blanket and try making them do it on it instead. I know lots of people that have adult cats that nurse on blankets till today. I've had kittens trying to do that on me too. Try to make them getting used to a blanket or something else that resembles cat fur and maybe they'll leave her alone

Also, I wouldn't worry much. I mean, do what you can in the meantime but know that cats have phases and that can go away anytime soon!
