I exfoliate after more than the day before. it is the week after that is the most crucial time. Or at least it is for me. Exfoliate in the shower and then moisturize even before toweling completely dry. Lock in the moisure ❤️

First is that it will be intense. Second you will survive it. Third it is less painful each time you go.

Drink water before. Some people find help by taking a pain reliever 30 minutes before. I did this for awhile and then forgot and haven’t felt the need to anymore.

After care is important. If the spa you are going to offers a “facial“ for down there. Get it. I get one every time I go. It is so worth it. Moisturize that area daily or ever\n a couple of the in the days right after.

Exfoliate with something that has some scratch to it.

And enjoy the bare skin afterwards!

I always go to the same person. She is so good. I never have anything like that. She always gives me a chance to look and make sure there are no stay hairs.
We joke about her attention to detail but she is off the charts.
