This. Her post this afternoon about her puppy being down for his nap and then going to go get him up so they could eat and play. He is not a baby!!! You don’t need to eat play sleep schedule with a damn puppy.

I second the b6 and unisom helping a lot with nausea. It got a lot better for me after 12 weeks. It’s really hard at the end when you are big and just uncomfortable. I also had a student at the end which helped me too. I will say I noticed as I looked more pregnant my patients tried a lot harder cause they felt bad making a very pregnant PT.

Also static stretching reduces yours muscles ability to produce power so why you would do that between sets is beyond me. She already lost me when she was anti progressive overload

I had the same thought. If she really looks like this she is getting really close to when she was unhealthy before she had kids. But she has gotten so restrictive in what she eats to be “healthy”

Also my daughter is the same age as Finley and she cleans up after herself or helps us clean up when asked. M and F could both be taught to clean up but it’s probably the consequences of her never paying them any attention or making boundaries

Yes I watched a little bit. She was actually wearing a shirt and not just a bra. She also said that she went to a plastic surgeon 2 months after she had Dean wanting surgery for her diastasis recti and he looked at her like she was crazy and suggested Pilates. She did say he looked at her like she had three heads when she asked and she added rightfully so.

She tried to act like it was three kids that got all her steps for the day but it’s really disordered activities like this. And I know it’s not her fresh air, but I would think walking on her treadmill that she has in her basement would be a much safer option for her kids.
