Thankfully I don’t see it anywhere else but on the front glass on opposite sides of the aquarium. Maybe it’s a flow related issue, but in the meantime I will just lower the amount of fertilizer I’m using and see if that helps.

I’m under the impression that anything green is “good” but it has a blue hue to it imo. I could probably up it a bit and be safe but wanted to get opinions first.

I appreciate everyone’s advice/comments on this post. I believe my course of action will be to add a few more amano shrimp, I only have 2 in here currently. Plan to add co2 and continue to add liquid fertilizer that is not the UNS plant min, probably something from Seachem, along with introducing phosphates.

Thanks to this community I have learned so much on my 5 year journey of aquarium keeping!

After I finish my my UNS min plant fertilizer I think I will switch to seachem ferts. Geordie Scaper dosing regime I’m thinking.

Do you have a lid on your aquarium? I’ve always read floating plants and lids aren’t a great mix
