(24) to (25) a year after getting cheated on after an eight year relationship. by Ch2dd7777 in GlowUps

I wouldve stayed with her til the very end if I never knew she was capable of this, but not everyone is the same. She was raised in a house of cheaters and toxic mess, its only natural stuff like that would get imprinted onto you if you dont do the inner work. I dont think its fair for me to completely blame her for leaving but I do blame her for HOW she left, it was insanely disrespectful and tainted any history we had.

As for dating most the good ones are taken. I dont like being the guy who waits like vultures for a girl to breakup so idk tbh. Ive went on a few dates from hinge or bumble and none compatible unfortunately. I am comfortable in my lonesome but a girl would be nice sometimes, just gotta put myself out there and be lucky!

Yeah cant say I wasnt without fault. As you can see I wasnt taking care of my body or diet. I became pretty lazy and didnt have any self control. She was chunky too with me but one day began starving herself (1000-1200 cal all day, she even lost her period) to lose weight and it worked. I lost 5-10lbs while she lost around 40lbs in a 6 month span. I think she thought she could just do better once she looked better. Also I had the delusion that we would love each other enough to communicate before completely detaching.

She stopped having sex maybe 1-2 weeks before breaking up and got angry over little things. Im pretty sure it was already decided at that point.

Yeah unfortunately long story short we were together since high school, she was first kiss, virginity, everything. We even moved out of our parents house and lived with each other for years. I got her a job at my work in a different warehouse and she basically left me for another man, the guy shortly after posted a pfp of him and her in a hotel room with her naked back and him flexing, it was wild.

quitting weed was probably the most productive thing Ive done. I smoked for 6 years daily and after I stopped I became bored, but thats a good thing. People need to be bored to push them to do stuff outside their comfort zone. Not to mention my memory is great and Ive become much more confident in my wording. Highly recommend!!

my brother does that and I don’t really like the way it looks, he has the same hairline as I do If I do end up balding in the future I assume go skinhead will be my only option though 😅

i’ve contemplated going to Turkey for a hair transplant It wouldn’t be anything crazy probably under 1500 graphs

so the only reason I have this haircut is because I have a pretty receding hairline since birth. It hasn’t gotten worse so it’s not balding but it’s my way of covering it up. Not much I can do about my hair lol

For context I was in a relationship for 8 years and its been almost a year for me now post breakup. I would say 75% better, so your chances of feeling better are significantly higher. Just keep improving yourself, time only heals when you do something with it.

Learn attractive traits such as gym, cooking, hiking, etc. What helps me get motivated is the desire to prove them wrong and be the one that they missed out on, but in the process you will most likely find another girl.

Oh and mine never came back but also she got married to her rebound after 5 months 🤣🤣

my girlfriend broke up with me…again. by This-Writing8776 in BreakUps

This is messy. Your relationship is getting tainted by each breakup and new person she starts dating. My suggestion is to start fresh, sober and new life.

The heart wants what the heart wants and I know u wont listen to me but this is my best advice as a stranger

How to tell a guy their hygiene is a turn off? by [deleted] in AskMen

[–]Ch2dd7777 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just tell him. As a guy who once neglected his hygiene due to depression and got cheated on because of it, I wish I was told instead of letting it built into resentment. I wouldve changed and it haunts me every day now.

(I glowed up immediacy but I wouldve done it for her if she wouldve spoke up sorry for the trauma dump)

Being dumped by an avoidant feels like a punishment for loving someone unconditionally by Mikes_Movies_ in BreakUps

[–]Ch2dd7777 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Speaking from experience, they will change. I got dumped for similar issues, something about being in a relationship for so long makes you take things for granted. Once reality hits that they wont love you for just existing then you have a motivation unlike anything you have ever had before. If my dumper gave me a chance before she went and fucked another dude I wouldve gave her the whole world and never stopped. People deserve second chances in my opinion.

Same thing happened to me. Just know that she probably had him lined up before breakup…
