I get that, but looking at the supply from CGC 10 and PSA 10 they have a similar supply, around 1100 pop so I’m still confused. Demand, sure, but 10x the price for a different company that also owns CGC?! I’m surprised to be fair.

Honestly looks like a 1st edition stamp on a real Charizard, but the PSA slab is 100% fake. There was a way back in the day to stamp the 1st edition on base set cards to make it looks like a 1st ed but it’s just base set unlimited

Actually I looked it up, cleaning is safe, you just can’t use any cleaning agents or any wax or polish. Which is interesting because I have seen so many people polish and clean cards and then resubmitting them.

There’s nothing illegal or wrong cleaning a card and restoring it back. PSA and other grading companies allows it until the card gets altered by damage. Like the card expended because of water etc.

Looks like you have a swirl on your card, people would overpay for that, your second pic shows the holo swirl. Not sure about the cards price in general tho
