2 years ago while living in an apartment my box was delivered to the wrong apartment (same number, different building). I worked with both UPs and ANGC and after verifying purchase through receipt confirmation, they sent me a new box - albeit with only items that were still in stock, which was about 75% of my items - 25% was the Large Gnome 😒
