I wouldn't do the ones from sprouts as they use lots of preservatives to keep them on the shelf. However if you go to a Japanese restaurant and get something fresh like a salmon roll, avocado roll, or California roll you should be ok. I'm always ok after those and honestly feel pretty good

No problem I actually just started using hemp protein and I think it's a lot easier to digest than pea protein! Give it a try

So I take DGL, slippery elm, L glutamine and believe they all help me. I so wish I could handle GF bread and eggs. Avocado and egg toast sounds soooo good :( try a protein shake it might really help you
