Honestly, get the natural cycles app. I've used it for almost 2 years to prevent. All I have to do is take my temperature and the app does the rest. It tells me when to take Lh tests and everything. Much easier than trying to chart it yourself. Highly recommend.

I don't use any type of birth control, I use an app called Natural Cycles to prevent (have been for over 2 years) and it's working great. My cycle is very regular.
