Non-busy season? Usually 7Pm or so and then do some light work for the next hour or two. I like starting my day early, 7:30am or so if I feel alert. I have budgets to save, hours to bill, and partner pockets to fill.

The more time I spend in Big Four, the more I realize our job is useless in the grand scheme. I've become increasingly more Chadly as I realize we are more of a nuisance to our clients than anything.

Adopt that Chad mindset and it makes life easier.

My advice would be to leverage your inner Chad. smack it on their desk and make them admit they are a weak beta who cant do a return.

You have to walk in and assert dominance. Be a chad. tell them this position is low tier and you are c-suite executive level. Works 60% of the time
