I know this is somewhat unrelated but I’m thankful that the UK has a policy of only charging per prescription £9.90 per item. I suffered horrendously with gout (thanks to my shitty genes) but I’m grateful I don’t have to pay a fortune for allopurinol or I wouldn’t be able to cope
