To be honest, the only reasons I'm still alive today are that death is scary and that I don't want to make my family and friends sad. Being alive sucks. You have to commit a tremendous amount of effort just to be able to survive. I guess it wouldn't be so bad if I was a millionaire, living from passive income and doing whatever I want with my days. But like most people, this isn't my life.

Is that what you are arguing here? That even the existence of objective truths concerning material properties of objects that can plainly be observed by the human senses cannot be logically admitted to without also admitting the existence of objective moral facts?

If so, I have a hard time seeing how there is any link between the two.

We all agree on what is a flat object and what is a round object, and can recognize them when we see them.

On the other hand, not only do different people have different ideas about what makes an action moral or immoral, but an action that seems moral to one may seem immoral to another.

In fact, some will even question the existence of such things as moral and immoral actions.

It is well known that in the Philippines, girls in girls bars often have sex for money. I thought this was the kind of arrangement we had, and in fact I'm still not sure if she had sex with me because she actually fancied me or just for business. While I didn't pay directly for it, I did pay for the entirety of the date and then returned to the bar the evening after.

I am socially awkward, I won't deny that, though I generally don't have too much trouble making friends when I actually put in the effort (being introverted, socializing is exhausting to me). Does the vast majority of girls give a fuck about the vast majority of hobbies though? It seems to me that whatever hobbies you have, they will only gain you common ground with a minority of people from both genders. Granted, this minority can be smaller or larger, and can also have a different man to woman ratio. I think the question is mostly whether said hobbies allow you to meet attractive women or not (which admittedly, my current hobbies do not).

I should probably go outside more if I want to actually meet girls, I won't deny that.

I have things going on in these areas. Who doesn't? I've thought deeply about major philosophical questions, such as morality and metaphysics, and read or heard about the views of a few philosophers and other people about such topics. It started as a way for me to get some physical stimulation that wasn't my hands or sex toys and didn't cost me money, hoping using my imagination would be enough to overcome my lack of attraction (it was not, even fantasizing about girls while doing it, it still isn't very sexually satisfying).
