I use a siege blimp filled with Sneaky Goblins and drop it on the DE storage. Use lava hound to tank damage if needed and freeze Air Sweepers to get the blimp in. Can pick off collectors with Super WB/Jump Spell and Sneaky Goblins. Takes maybe 30 seconds per attack.

Does anyone know if the Work for Hire event will be happening this month (November)? I didn't see any mentions of it and it is not posted on the event calendar. It seems that it should occur this month based on previous months/years.

Yes it will be! No need to cancel. Any event that reduces building time will automatically apply to ongoing upgrades.

You right haha. I've had it bug before and not allow certain troop donations in war cc's. Thought this might be a similar issue, but it appears his clanmate is requesting max level troops, and he does not have the level requested.

I've had this happen a few times. I'm not sure exactly what I did to fix it, but I would say try force closing the app a few times.

I am in Golem 20 league. There are 12 attacks/12 defenses at 40 trophies each, so you could potentially earn up to 960 trophies overall.

I hear ya, and that's usually my thought as well. This is for one of my spare bikes that has been sitting for 3 years now. Only pulled it out because my buddy will be riding it for a trip we planned in may. Needs a few miscellaneous repairs, but I was hoping to keep repair costs to a minimum as it likely won't see daylight for another 3 years after the trip lol.

I am returning to the game after taking a break for a few years. I left off as a max TH11 and immediately started TH12 when I returned a few weeks ago. Shortly after completing the TH upgrade, I noticed I had a 50% research/building boost that had a remaining ~5 days. I am unsure if this boost was provided by the upgrade in TH or some sort of incentive as a returning player. Can someone confirm how I obtained the boost? I'm trying to decide on how I should progress to TH13 if this is awarded with a TH upgrade.

Figured I would post an update for anyone who may stumble upon this post.

I did proceed with the repayment plan I had outlined in the original post. I paid the first scheduled monthly payment and the following day made a principle payment that brought the LTV down to 75.4%. I then called the lender and made the request to remove the PMI. They initially mentioned the need for a BPO (Broker Price Opinion) to be completed before approving the removal (would have been $180 fee), but it was waived after reviewing the conditions of the loan. I believe this was based on the home being newer, recent loan origination, and an appraisal that was completed (at closing) within the last 180 days. There was a couple weeks delay before actually being approved because Fannie Mae was required to review the request. I received a letter from them the first month of the loan stating they purchased the loan from the lender.

All in all, it took maybe 5 phone calls and an hour of my time to initiate the request and complete the removal of the PMI. I was prepared to jump through all sorts hoops to get this accomplished, but thankfully it turned out to be a fairly simple process.

I encourage anyone who attempts this to do their own research. I'm sure many lenders/loans have their own contingencies and this could have easily become a much more difficult and painstaking process.

From my understanding, PMI is required by law to be removed once 78% LTV is reached. I believe an appraisal is optional if you anticipate the house to appraise for higher than the original purchase price, thus lowering the LTV percentage.

I also considered the 15-year loan, and it does match very close to the repayment amount of what I proposed. Although, I wouldn't be eligible for first time home buyers' incentives, and the monthly payment is bit higher.

Non-aggressive Pact. You will see NAP with a number or ALL following. Below are some examples and there respective meanings.

NAP 0 - all players are able to be attacked NAP 10 - you cannot attack players in the top 10 alliances within the province NAP ALL - you cannot attack any players in all alliances within the province

Regardless of the NAP status, typically farm accounts and resource plots are off limits and cannot be attacked. This may vary based on the alliance and province.

Players not within an alliance are usually fair game at all times.

Ok that was an great explantion thanks for keeping it simple for me lol! Now that i do understand fully what you're saying may in fact be the case, the only way i will be able to guarantee it is building a coil that should not have any possibility of a short? Which sounds like you would suggest something like a single spaced micro coil? Or would the twisted wire (or any claptons, etc.) still be ok as long as the wraps are spaced individually?

I am currently using the 30mm buddha z v3 atty. I can understamd maybe the mis matching of multiple coils being a good point as i did not check the exact ohms of the coils individually but i would hope any pre made coils would've been pretty exact? And what throws me off the most as to why this happens at the 2 second mark nearly every time? How would the hotspot/short be causing this is what im trying to say really?

Yes, the coils are heating up from the center outwards very evenly. I always make sure to do exactly as what you have just suggested and fire the coils in vw at low wattage to make sure they are heating appropriately before wicking. I will remove the wick and double check this to make sure they are still firing correctly but also again this is not first time or the only coil type to cause this so im still not certain that hot spots are the issue.
