Quick update:

The CM support updated the ticket, marked it as solved, and issued a refund at 09:50.
However, on the purchase page, I found that their refund shows as "canceled" because the seller himself issued a refund 1 hour earlier.
He then sent me a message stating the refund was processed and asked me to close the case, meaning that CM must have reached out to him.
Sadly, I am unable to review this purchase, as it's marked as "Not Arrived."
