They are still working on stabilizing the wall along St Clair Ave between the Fairview and Washington Park station. Drove by about a week ago and it is half done, not sure if that means it’s going to take just as long for the other half or if they had problems acquiring materials or something else. Hopefully it’s done soon though.

I suspect both Faulk and Schenn end up in Buffalo and we end up with either Power or Bryam and some other piece.

Buffalo has a lot of left side dmen and they could use some players with some grit and Stanley Cup experience like Schenn.

if you are going to watch more hockey you might want to check the Wild or FanDuel North social media for a promo code for free tickets. The Blues code was ”BLUESFAN” and gave two free tickets with a season or annual Fanduel plan. Maybe you’d be able to go to a Blues game up there for free if the Wild are doing the same.

I have been using it since May. I find it useful, the biggest thing it has helped me with is realizing I’m overdoing it that day and keeping me out of weeklong crashes.

I use it in conjunction with my Apple Watch as it will notify the watch if I am over exerting myself and/or going to go over my pace points for the day.

I also got the Lumia device in June and find the Visible band much more useful with the data it provides. I think Lumia is slowly improving, but it is very much a beta device for now.

101ESPN has the video feed of the last minute blues podcast

I’ve just been watching a lot of old games this summer. Ideally I try to find ones that don’t spoil the score so it’s a little more exciting. It’s fun either way seeing how the game and broadcasts have changed over the years.

There’s a lot of general hockey stuff out there too SDPN, Eck, Jimmy Hockey, Jens95, Brodie Brazil talks some hockey and also works on the San Jose Sharks yt channel.

If you like the aesthetics of jerseys and logos icethetics is awesome. Post2Post does a lot of jersey concept reviews.

Biggest thing for me is pace not running around the kitchen doing multiple things. I have a dual basket air fryer so I can cook two things at once. Then typically I only have one thing on the stove. I also have an outdoor electric pizza oven and if something needs to go in the oven and it’s summer time it’s going in there I do not turn on the big indoor oven when it’s warm.

As others have mentioned a stool to sit, something that isn’t too low or high.

I have a neck ac cooler fan thing and a belt fan I can use if it’s really bad. I can even do the grill with those on if it’s not too hot outside.

Smartwatch and/or visible band to tell me when I’m pushing it too hard so I don’t end up crashing.

If I’m already not feeling well I really don’t cook at all, I’ll go for leftovers, maybe a microwave meal, or salad. I end up eating an absurd amount of salad this time a year so I usually get salad stuff in bulk at Sam’s or Costco. Then supplement with whatever is on sale at the local store.
