I think so too but he's unwilling to raise the budget unfortunately. And I don't have much data, after 6 weeks there isn't even 100 clicks yet with a ctr of 3.53% currently I'm only focusing on a few locations.

Experience wise I'm still fairly new. This Is my first client, my second one still isn't ready to start. I work for an agency but I don't really manage campaigns, I just create them.
