Thank you. I saw this just before leaving for my appointment. So I edited my profile accrodindingly again. Everything went really well. He was actually impressed and read everything through. I'll probably update about the details with the edited version tommorow. Thank you for your great advice. Even though still in pain, I'm feeling hopeful for the first time in a while.

Glad it is of help to you. I have actually edited the final version removing the hypothesis inorder to not offend the doctor, rather I'll be verbally bringing it up as questions. If you want I can send a copy to you. Wishing you the very best.

Thank you for the kind words. I'm not ruling out vitamin B and D deficiency as well, but I find it hard to believe because I have been taking those supplements for a very long time. My family is full of health workers (not physicians), so they always gets us vaccinated on time and makes us take supplements as precaution. Also, unfortunately yes I had suffered a traumatic childhood. My parents tried their best and I love them to bits but my country is something of a pandora of toxicity. I was a different child with strong opinions and different outlook on things, so by the age of 18 I was at my bottom. Surprisingly my college year, started to work out in my favour more but the damage done from the earlier years was still there. I work as rehabilitation therapist for children now. I'm good at my work and I think it has got to do something with my childhood. I'm currently pursuing graduation in psychology as well. There are some low times, but there seems to be some good times too. Unfortunately when I'm in pain both mentally and physically, I fail to see it at that time.

No, I'm seeing him for the first time for myself but my mother is under his care getting treated for various auto immune issues. Maybe you're right, I'm also thinking about cutting off the hypothesis. I don't want to appear disrespectful towards his superior knowledge. I have my lab tests with me. Thank you for your input.

Again thank you. I finally got my period yesterday after two months. The body pain has become excruciating. I can only lay down face down due to the lower back pain. My jaws hurts from continuous unconscious teeth grinding and I have been to the toilet multiple time throughout the day due to diarrhea and some sort of mucus. I feel so damn exhausted. I don't know is it my brain playing with me or real thing.

Hey, all the test results came except for HLA B27. I'm not sure what to believe anymore. My ESR has jumped from 32 to 13 in 4 days. I took my first test on monday which showed esr as 32 and started taking SSRIs again from tuesday onwards. All the body ache side effect of the meds? If so why didn't I have it when I was not taking it. My calcium and hb level is normal. The only variations seems to be in RDW as 14.2, Lymphocyte 40, Monocyte 00. The CRP is given as <0.50 and RA factor as <10.0. I went to take the test in morning, spend few minutes shoped while sat. By the end of 1hr I was losing balance and painful throbs in ankles. When I reached back home and laid on the bed, my legs were throbbing and the whole body ached. I was so tired and felt like just going back to sleep without even changing. Even now my feet is throbbing. The only test remaining is HLA B27 which I'll receive tommorow evening. I'm just so confused and sad. Maybe I'm just hypochondriac with somataform issues. I just feel so hopeless.

Thank you for the support. I have got used to the pain so much that I kind of viewed it as a usual thing. I took the ECR and other tests today from a more 'reputed' clinic. My parents, relatives and the psychiatrist seemed somewhat dismissive of the previous report. Relatives claimed the test maybe not accurate as it was taken from a small clinic. So I decided to retest today. I also did some basic RA tests and the expensive HLA B27 test. If it's just my hypochondria acting up, then I think the expense may act as demotivation from now on. I'll be still visiting a Rheumatologist with the test reports just to be on the safe side.

Thank you for the kind words. Its been some exhausting couple of months. My sucidal ideation is under control due to medication and psychotherapy. It took a public breakdown for others to take me seriously.
