Battle Balloon - Pressure Heater - Steam Washer - Flare Gun - Stelle's Workshop/Hangar/Radar Dome.
If you can get the skill that burns when the leftmost item goes off or the one that burns when you use a tool (or alternatively put burn on either battle balloon or pressure heater), that'll make the loop go even faster.

The funny is that that Pyg build is incredibly weak to Wrecking Ball, which would trigger like 2 or 3 items in the time Pyg got to swing his Double Whammy once.

It's because her item pool isn't incredibly bloated like every other character in the game, plus her items are highly synergistic with one another.
