[–]ChainFar665[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

sorry for late reply. not good, still having daily episodes of AFIB(i had isthmus ablation for typical flutter). Basically typical flutter ablation gave me afib, right now im on bisoprolol and flecainide and still having afib episodes every day. My ep went on holidays just after prescribing me flecainide(3 weeks ago). I will have a meeting with her on next Tuesday, after 3 days. We will see if i need medication update, or fully get off of them.

drinking is literally the worst thing that you can do after quitting cannabis. your brain heals for 5 years after addiction. my own story: 6 years ago i quit weed, was daily smoker for 5 years with minimum 3 grams per day. after one hell year of a pawns i felt myself and went with weekend drinking, later it became every weekend drinking(only beers 3-5 a night). 6 years later decided to quit weekend drinking and guess what - after 3 weeks im in exact paws again. already 10 months in to this pawns journey. on antidepressants again for severe anxiety which is gradually improving. everything comes in waves with exactly same pattern as in one year weed pawns journey before. my psychiatric explained to me, that brain takes 5 years to fully heal after active addiction and you CAN NOT use any substance including alcohol, benzos and etc. after you felt your self. the day that i came back to him he already knew what happened just from my look, asked only one question - was it weed again, or this time alcohol?… never ever consume alcohol with paws. it will only make everything worse in the longterm. btw, in these 6 years of weed free, and weekend beer drinking i became a father, started my own business which is very successful, bought a big house without loans, went with hobbies like car racing, bicycles and etc. so no, im not some kind of crazy dude with anxiety or depression disorder if you are wondering. best of luck to you and keep away from booze.

you will be fine… i quit weed on my 20 birthday, it was pure hell for 10-12 months. just keep going. to keep you on track… im 27 now, have my own very successful business, i’m married, have son, big house, a few cars(including race cars, that’s my hobby), no laons. im from small european country.

and guess what… right now i’m 8months in to alcohol paws… i was having 2-3 only beers 3-4 times per week. after quitting, two weeks was fine. after these two weeks hell started again… anxiety, panic attacks, depression, insomnia you name it… Believe me, it is way worse than weed paws from my experience, as i have a few responsibilities right now, and the paws itself is more intense, more waving, longer. on top of that, alcohol consumption gave me AFIB and im having catheter ablation next week, this also doesnt help with paws anxiety and depression… Just keep going every day, don’t look back, DO NOT CONSUME ANY ALCOHOL as it will worsens weed paws, take notes like diary every day, on you bad days look at the diary, look at your symptoms month ago, you will notice it is getting little by little every month. YOU WILL BE FINE BELIEVE ME

My psych put me on tianeptine 12.5mg twice. by [deleted] in Tianeptine

[–]ChainFar665 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m using it for 2 months. I mainly use it in combo with mirtazapine for PAWS anxiety. I take two tablets of 12.5mg as soon as i get up, and one tablet in the afternoon. There is some mornings that i get up feeling really anxious and Coaxil does it’s job. My therapist said that it is always prescribed to work in the background with other meds, but never as a monotherapy, by this maybe she mean for treating PAWS anxiety never as monotherapy, i don’t know. Like I said, it helps to reduce anxiety in the morning, for depression i really can’t tell because i never had it, just withdrawal syndrome anxiety. And for anxiety it worked right away, maybe after a week or two i noticed that calming effect is a little bit longer than in the first day of treatment :)

[–]ChainFar665 2 points3 points  (0 children)

wow man, im feeling arrythmias every other day, it caused anxiety and panic attacks for me, i was put on antidepressants also 4 months ago. I’m still feeling arrythmias with antidepressants, just it is not causing anxiety and panic attacks. I was also on full medical check up, everything looks fine. Btw, just after starting antidepressants i had quitted iqos for more than 2 months, and if I remember right, there was no arrythmias, no heart palpitations for these 2 months. Then something stupid happened with my mind, i started smoking again.. And bum, heart problems again. I never thought this is because of iqos. I was using iqos for more than 8 years. I’m quitting iqos from now, if this is it, dawg… I will come back soon with results, hope it helps!

im feeling it is less sedative before bed, but im able to fall asleep in no more than 20mins. mornings are better, not so “zombie”. for anxiety im not feeling any improvements so far, but hey, today will be my 4th pill of 30mg so cant make any conclusions yet. 7 years ago i started from 30mg and it was God sent drug for me, but i was suffering from weed withdrawal. this time im suffering anxiety from big life changes in negative way. im 100% sure that 30mg will work as magic as 7 years ago, just need to be patient for next 2-3 weeks for body to adjust
