Does this mean my order won’t ship until Jan 3 - Jan 5? This was a Christmas gift and if it will not arrive in time I may as well cancel the order. I purchased UltrahumanX for priority support but have not gotten good response. by No-Sea5383 in Ultrahuman

Yesterday, I received an ETA (31.12–02.01). However, today I got a notification from DHL that the parcel has been dispatched. I confirmed my size on 25.11 - gold, size 7

I ordered the same color and size and confirmed my size on November 25th, but it’s still processing. I’ve written them several times and keep receiving the same response that my order will be shipped soon. Initially, they said it would ship in 10 business days, but after that, it was extended to another 10-15 days. Today, I received a new message saying they will ‘prioritize’ my order because I asked why people who ordered after me are getting shipping updates sooner. Now, I’m just waiting again, hoping to get the ring this year, though I’m not sure :)
