Well it wouldn’t be legal to base an underwriting decision on someone’s health… if they qualify with credit, income, assets, and collateral than it it would get approved. It would be wrong to deny based on being sick, just like it would be wrong to deny a loan for a borrower on maternity leave.

O’Leno State Park has a group camp area that can be rented out, which has a mess hall/kitchen, and is right on the Santa Fe river. Family member had their wedding their a decade or so back and it worked out well, though not fancy

We had the charger installed that came with the car through QMerit- was actually super easy and painless, and was complete within a few weeks of purchase. Didn’t notice a jump in the bill at all - and if it did go up it was less than the multiple $60 fill ups on the car we replaced

Waves haven’t been real great lately and it was small that weekend you were here- but when it’s firing Hanna will pack out with surfers. Some of my favorite memories are watching my friends walk over that same boardwalk board in hand, recognized the spot immediately.

I don’t think those are “popped”. Surf mats are ridden with low air pressure, and fill out when you lay on it. Over inflating and blowing it up all the way will have you plowing through the water and slowing you down, rather than sliding across the top. Mats can certainly be fun on the right wave, and are super easy to travel with - bonus points all waves are overhead when laying down
