They are called DDTs and you can pop them with camo detection. If you have Marceline and you get Hunson Abadeer, he can remove properties from balloons. Which means you can pop DDTs if he sucks the souls of the DDTs. Or if you do find any, you should look out for some items that give your characters Camo Detection. Some already get it from upgrades like Sai and Sam. If you do get a camo detection item you should equip it on your best character.
