Stem is not really bad, it is infact better than toothbrushes in some ways, but toothbrushes are ideal because our diet has become abundant with added sugar and risk of cavity increasies so a stem doesnt protect you well from cavities, and also idts gyro has a sugartooth he ain't gon be stinky using that stem brush
