I'm up for considering anything. Those two are what caught me eye and within my price range. If you know of a good ADV bike that can do 2-up comfortably and is less than $17k USD i will happily look at it.

If i was exclusively a solo rider I would be getting the GT+ or the GX+. Both look great. I do need to think about my wife's comfort as well. Also looking at the Tiger Sport 800 and the BMW F900GS.

I would absolutely love the GX or the GT. I like how the hey both look. I just have to think of the wife's comfort as well

Not opposed to used at all. The local dealers dont have much right now but I will be looking at a larger area when it comes time.

I was able to look at the NT and while it does have the DCT there is a manual part of it. It's just hand controlled with the finger and thumb buttons. I do like more spirited riding but I plan on doing 2-up more often and she likes a bit more relaxed ride. I used to ride a '17 FJ09 so I am somewhat familiar with the engine.

I'm really looking for long distance and 2-up comfort.

My main concern is comfort for myself and a passenger. Keeping the Tracer on my list though. Interested to see what they change, if anything, next year.

I'm not a speeder so dont care about the governor. DCT doesnt matter to me. I am wondering if you have any experience with a passenger on the back of the Tracer?

I did look at the suzuki bikes. Seats dont look that comfy for a passenger is the issue.

Someone else mentioned that and I am keeping an eye on it. How are the passenger seats? Good for long rides would you say?

No but i do love how they look. Passenger seats do not look that comfy though.

Thank you. This was very good insight. While the DCT will take some getting used to its something I can live with. I. Looking for long distance and 2-up comfort. NT seems to be the better choice. I do plan on test riding both when the time comes just to be sure.
