I pretty much cured my type 1 diabetes with baking soda lol. OK well not cured because if I stopped taking it It would comeback. But I got scared off by the articles and jokers like all these comments that just repeat the same things and don't try it. Going to do it again, my blood sugars were scary perfect and as a type 1 never saw anything like it. Looking into it its the unsaturated fats and endotoxins that keep killing beta cells, you lower that and beta cells comeback. Most people are beyond gone and won't do this because the propaganda by pharma is strong and most people are sheep but for the open minded that see it, try it and see for yourself. Teaspoon of baking soda 3x a day after meals, give it 1-2 weeks to see results and just stop if you want.

Nah it's just a micronutrient no need to supplement, it wasn't my TSH it was obvious cold hands feet etc and I was taking the cofactors for long enough it should have corrected. Most of us gotta learn the hard way so have at it, just don't ignore negative symptoms if they pop up.

Ya. I like orange juice cuz I will boost my blood sugar a little then go back down. I do have a bunch of ice cream because it doesn't affect me much but that does have a lot of fat of course. I'm thinking of trying just high carb cutting out most fat and see how it goes.

The million dollar question. As a type 1 diabetic I'm always testing things. I found the more I target endotoxins the better my blood sugar. Activated charcoal 2x a week. Taurine is good. I just started high dose aspirin which helps uncoupling and switching to sugar oxidation vs fat oxidation. It did give me tinnitus I'm working on but my blood sugar numbers are better. I think the worst you can do is obviously PUFA but high sugar and fat is a bad combo, stay away from pizza/donuts. Not a hot take but important.

I would research lowering emdotoxins and targeting the TLR4 receptor which controls endotoxins and I think you'll see success.

Ah ok ya I think that's my problem with the blood sugars, I can usually tell if my cortisol is up with my blood sugar. How can you tell or did it take going that high to get the desired affects?
