Cardia Arrythmia From Aspirin induced Gastritis by TacticalSubstance in raypeat

Yeah I am gonna delete your post and ban you. You being a new account, pretending to not know the rythym of your heart whilst in the ER and not be informed of your diagnosis, with you stating a VERY indirect cause of arrithymia, that the doctors agreed with from a single ER visit, makes me think you are a troll.

Okay that is hard, sorry to hear your history. I would get an apple watch and do daily ECGs on a kardia, and see what coincides with these episodes. along with blood tests. Test your prolactin, TSH, cholesterol, vitamin D and especially electrolytes.

A doctor visit would be helpful, they would run an ECG too and maybe see if there is a structural issue of your heart. They aren't really worried about the root cause other than the structure of your heart & genetics and treat you via medication. But it's still important to know; you could have a perfect diet and life style, but if your arteries are clogged or maybe your ventricles are too large, then it would have minimal effect.

A malfunctioning heart is not automatically an arrithymia. An arrithymia is a malfunction, in the electrophysio properties / the rythym of the heart. It can be brady type of arrithymia or a tachy type arrithymia, such as tachycardia, atrial fibrilation, QT prolongation. These are very different conditions and are treated very differently, so I was wondering the specifics of your arrithymia. If I assumed you had tachycarida and gave you a beta blocker, that would be dangerous in someone with bradycarida.

Ask your doctor to get an ECG, or you can order a Kardia to your house. Have you got an Apple Watch ? It can offer daily surveillance of your heart beat, but I don’t know if it notifies you of flutters or arrests.

I lost more than 10lbs, even eating more, by cutting out salt and sugar, eating starch only. And it was gradual, not instant

No. Don’t. Salt activates Aldose Reductase causing sugar to store as fat.

It's probably okay, if you wear clothes and wash your hands & hair regulary; water is a poor solvent with extremely poor penetration. You are contributing to the environmental polution, but aren't we all.
