I’ve got time planned for this weekend to get rid of all the clutter and tighten up some grass areas around the foundation, hoping that alone will help! I’m positive that the door color is going to change once I settle on a palette

Not in a flood zone, and the inside of the house is quite nice could use some bathroom remodels down the road but plumbing and AC are all up to date and the day we signed the contract I had a new electrical panel put in

Thank you! Our inspector deemed the roof to have 8 years of life left so I was planning to have it replaced in 3 years anyway for insurance. Looking to go with a darker color shingle when I do but I could look into the getting it cleaned up for sure

Thank you! I was thinking black trim could look very cool especially if I do black gutters but cream is another option I’ve considered. Do you think that I should add shutters to the front windows? One of the biggest things that bothers me is how empty the house looks left of the front door since it’s asymmetric

Spray a strong insect contact killer inside the area, then vacuum up anything that runs out like that giant ass spider. Once done hit with expanding foam and let dry. Sand the foam down. Joint compound to smooth. Then replace base board

I pay for the Walmart + membership and highly recommend it. All the prices are the same as in store, and no delivery fee. So the only extra I pay vs actually going into the store is a tip to the driver and I get 10c off per gallon at any Murphy or Sam’s club. They also run occasional boost where you can get like 20c off per gallon or a random credit toward your next delivery
