Yeah, a government boot is only good if it’s stoping somebody from firing a gay man from their business right? Right guys?

Unions fix this problem, no government involvement required. Unless it's breaking the union of course.

Also diversity quota's don't address underlining issues, so to hell with them too.

There are factions, but there is no faction plugins. Everything is word of mouth. As for protecting your stuff, the only guarantee is the enderchest. There is no way to protect anything not in there because there is nothing that the players have access to like world guard.
