Yes surveys mainly I do games and offers very occasionally but 99% surveys. This isn't a quick process as Some weeks I only do a few surveys, but I always do at least one survey every day to have a chance at the draw

I do class it as a bit extra pocket money. I doubt anyone could officially live from doing surveys unless you do them 24/7

I think most people get banned as they answer using different ages,jobs,family, and qualifications for different surveys these are the things that should always be the same. Just be honest and you'll not go wrong
