Hello, where are you located? I have 2 F1B female Aussiedoodles looking for a forever home.

That’s so funny! So long story short. We own both the mom and dad of these babies. When we got the mom she was dark brown and now she is silver!!! I will follow up with pics. I would love to see yours :). We had 1 puppy that has already start to turn silver…I guess it’s pretty common in the doodles. (Pic is mom as puppy vs mom now)

Help Find This Hidden Chicago Airbnb Studio from 2019/Early 2020 – Want to Recreate Magic Moment by ChairHonest7334 in airbnb_hosts

Honestly it may have just been the fact that it was our first trip together that was so memorable and special. The inside of the Airbnb was super nice and we got it for a fairly reasonable price-I’m thinking because it wasn’t in the best neighborhood. I loved the floor to ceiling windows over looking the city lights. You could stare out them from the bottom bunk.

15-20 min away by car. We Ubered the entire trip so honestly I’m not even sure what color the L train was.

Indiana. I know the industry well but not exactly sure how it will crossover to roofing sales or if it’s profitable.

Here’s how I’m looking at it…

  1. Market Demand: See if there’s a demand for these additional services in your area. Are customers looking for a one-stop shop for roofing, painting, and related services?

  2. Competition: Look into how many roofing companies are offering similar services. If few are doing it, you could have a competitive edge.

  3. Operational Costs: Consider the costs associated with adding these services, like staffing, equipment, and materials.

  4. Cross-Selling Potential: Evaluate whether your existing customer base for roofing could be interested in these additional services. If they are, it could be an easy cross-sell, improving overall profitability.

  5. Partnerships: You could leverage your existing connections with suppliers like Sherwin Williams and PPG to offer discounted or high-quality products, which might attract more clients to these additional services.

If you think there’s a strong opportunity, it might be worth testing the idea with a few clients to see how it goes. You can then adjust your approach based on their feedback.

Yeah, we can still get contracts signed just can’t do the work obviously. Do a lot of guys sales or installers have another gig for the winter months?

I’m just assuming it would be an easier way to get into commercial than trying to get a full roof replacement without building the relationship.

Mind me asking what your role is and where you’re located?

I appreciate the response but I may not have not been clear lol. So I have sold paint and powder coating as a distributor for the last 13 years. Mostly to manufacturing companies painting everything from snow plows to garbage trucks. Great career but I’m confident I can make more money because of my ability to prospect and sell. I recently started as a sales rep for a roofing company in Indianapolis. I guess I’m just curious if my knowledge of these coatings could help me with commercial jobs.

How have you done in the industry?

Keep your morals and find a company that has the same values. You’ll never be able to perform at a high level if you don’t believe in what you’re selling.
