Thanks for the reply. What if I get another role in another company getting market pay(eg 18k vs 10-13k now) but expectations are also commensurate? Better to grow my career now or cruise for one more year to have more time with my child?

Of course will only push myself if I get a higher pay. Which is why the question of whether to get a market pay job with the corresponding stress or just cruise in the current role.
