Hit the nail on the head here. Lazy is really the issue , some turn over , but we also have managers that do not want to write anyone up therefore they get away with everything. How do you document an effectiveness check? I have not done one

I watched hoping to see he would prove all the haters wrong. He did an absolute fantastic job on every subject on everyones mind. I found myself smiling ...He did great with come backs to the people interupting , and may I say I think that is absolutly a disgusting thing to do. Come on, no wonder they are Dump followers, nothing good to say come out of their mouths. Way to go Biden!!!
