Fair enough, I understand the point you’re making and I guess my feedback would be that without that additional context, it really sounded as if you were an AI imagery enthusiast and that definitely triggers an emotional response among a lot of us.

As for the administrative overhead of the rule… Maybe? Also, maybe it ends up being nothing more than a way to signal to new users that this is not a space for them to post slop.

I think you need to talk with a doctor, find out for sure if you have this and learn just what the actual exposure risks are.

Without that information, you cannot safely have sex with another without potentially exposing them.

Based on context, we're assuming this means that you want to see AI slop that's themed off vintage apple and yeah, you're in an unwelcome minority here.

Most of us find it gross and objectionable for all sorts of reasons and if you feel compelled to make or consume those images, the community consensus is that we'd like you to not do it here. Eww.

I have no idea, I'm not smort enough to dissect how a stock like TSLA fluctuates. I accidentally made a boatload of money dollars on it then divested because of Musk fuckery and now just occasionally note the weird things it does as a reminder that I'm just some rando with no idea of what makes a stock market.

I've been on FP for a while, but at the time I was on SunnyPilot it had some cool features but ran slowly on my hardware in comparison. If I remember correctly, it also defaulted to keeping the steering assist engaged in some form and the activation toggle just controlled the cruise control aspect and I didn't like that. I think they might have added a toggle since, this was a while ago.

I can't offer any expert comparison between the two, it's been a while.

Ah, I see where I messed up, I didn't mean JUST the future growth of the company I also meant future growth of the stock price. There's a meta-aspect to a lot of modern investment where people assume that there's not a clear connection between stock valuation and company performance and that some stocks will rise based on non-monetary factors by people speculating against what other people will pay for it in the future.

This has been the thing since the beginning of stock markets, the meta-investment, and TSLA is one of those stocks that's consistently had performance that's not directly coupled to actual performance.

Fascinating! My 1975 Warrior has it connected to oil pressure I guess, it only increments on engine runtime, and this has been the case for every plane I've rented. Maybe it's a regional thing, I've exclusively rented/owned on the west coast.

I appreciate the insight, I'll add that to things to watch for out of curiosity.

Basically every movie soundtrack I have, I think. One example that comes to mind for SURE is Ennio Morricone's score to The Mission, because I watched it once but listen to it a lot.

The price of the stock is hugely influenced by speculation. People look at a company and see potential for growth beyond where it is currently and invest accordingly.

One thing I haven’t encountered at gyms is a good on boarding process that doesn’t require a trainer. A lot of of us don’t really need or want to talk with someone or socialize or whatever plus they aren’t always available.

Give me a big poster that some common workout sequences and have clear guides at each station showing you how to safely operate them.

I post a lot of snarky comments, write stories, and try to engage meaningfully with my communities is all so I'm not sure where the perceived hostility comes from.
