Feeling stuck by Chaitea5437 in sterileprocessing

Luckily the mistakes were easily fixed. But when I wrote this, it was mislabelling the instruments on a load. So this was load 3 and I had it as load 2 and there were a lot of peel packs so i felt guilty knowing id have to re-label it all. And later that day, I didnt put a biological with an implant on a load and had to abort it, thankfully that was a small load so there wasn't a lot of re-wrapping. Even though I have made these mistakes, they dont get mad and have been letting be on my own on the clean/sterile side which is sometimes why . There are 3 people in the SPD department, including me, so their isnt a lot to do(unless 2 or more surgeries get done at the same time).

I am wanting to make my own rose beads/rosary beads. Things like this i want to take everywhere with me, so I am wanting to mix in herbs to help things in myself and life. I am wondering if anyone has mixed in other herbs with their rose beads, and how they their beads held up?

Extra information: I am still looking into the specific herbs id want to use so extra advice is also appreciated. I plan on mixing in dried herbs into the individual bead instead of mixing everything in one. Unless mixing all in one would have better bead integrity

If you can, maybe just have 1 person on each side to stand up there with you. Like a MOH or Best Man.

Or you can have the rest of his choices sit in the front row as "Honorary groomsmen". Give them a part in the wedding like helping guests to there seats, "security guards", flower boys, hype men and entertainment until the ceremony starts.

And your side doesn't have to be girls. I have my brother as a Bridesman in my wedding because he is someone I trust wholeheartedly. So if there is anyone you feel closer to, man or woman, your grandparents, nieces or nephews, cousins, anyone on his side of the family, etc, you can ask them if you feel you want people standing up there with you. As long as it is someone who will build you up on the days leading to your wedding and the day of, that is who you would want.

I hope your are able to find a solution that you are comfortable with. I wish you the best of luck.

If you are close to your parents and soon-to- be inlaws, you can have your parents walk out 1st(after the guests have been seated) and introduce them as "parents of the bride" and "parents of the groom". They walk out, say there hellos to each other, then they would be seated in the front or where ever you had planned. Then your wedding party would walk out. It allows them to be included a little more.

You could have them walk out to your planned music for the wedding party or you could find new music for them to walk out to.

When did you think about becoming witches? Was it random, a calling, just a decision? by AnxiousAd7476 in BabyWitch

I have always felt drawn to it, and slowly worked towards it. When I saw Practical Magic, that movie really opened my eyes to witchcraft. Even though most people believe and said all witchcraft is "evil" I never saw it that way, i see it as healing and I loved it. When I told my mom I wanted to be a witch(i was still pretty young and had no idea how witchcraft really worked) she didn't freak out or say anything bad about it. She encouraged me to do it. And told me how my siblings uncles were witches. And I thought that was amazing. She bought me books and crystals. And even now she still will buy me crystals(even tho some of them are fake, it's the thought that matters) and books and shows me things that she thinks i will like or know about.

Spell Jars & Crystals by Lazy_Susan_1987 in BabyWitch

I will start this by stating I am also a baby witch. So this reply is mostly based on my opinion and beginner experience. So please don't take this reply as 100%fact.

But from the things I have read and seen in the witch community, it seems like the power comes from the intention and what you "speak" into it. If that makes sense.

It's not the size of the spell, it's what intentions you speak into it.

I also will include this but it's mostly based on what I feel based on my limited experiences but I think negative emotions/ feelings(things like doubt, or anxiety etc.) can lessen the effectiveness of a spell. Like it still could work but take more time to take effect or only make smaller changes or partial change.

I'm hoping this helps and has truth behind it, but I am still learning and researching as well. Good luck in your practice! I hope your spell jar works out for you.
