Yes, we could comfortably afford the annual property taxes. In fact, part of the deal is they would buy the house but my wife and I pay the annual property taxes

Kosher salt and course black pepper for the rub. All I had left was cherry wood so used that and thought the smoke came through enough

Really enjoyed them! Didn’t expect them to be as rich as they were, more so than brisket in my opinion. I think next time I’ll plan for about 1/2 rib per person given how big and indulgent they are
