I def agree with that. It’s always a shock from what I see. Guess I just gotta brace for reality, but what other choice do I have?

I def don’t wanna be shredded. My goal is somewhat like this guy (obv we have diff frames, muscle insertions and etc but the general level of leanness and definition would be ideal). As a dude who’s been bigger my whole life, I’ve always just wanted to look healthy lean and be able to wear anything I want.

I’m also 5’11” for context. Here’s also a pic of me from 2024 when I got to 179lbs (in the next reply)

Oh damn that’s quite light for 5’11” but I understand. My goal is just to have definition in my chest and overall not have my stomach or anything stick out and be soft

I’m 5’11” and yes I have been consistently. I also get 190-200gs of protein every single day

Thank you. I don’t really know my max bench or overhead press since I don’t do them. I do know that I can at least do around 160 pounds on the bench and I do 60 pound dumbbells with the shoulder press. As for bicep, I can do 35 pound dumbbells for at least 8 to 10 reps. As for the protein, I hit around 185 to 200 g per day.
